All handcrafted gifts have that special quality about them that the receiver will sense around the item. Something specially made , just for you, speaks of warmth of heart from the maker to the receiver and makes such a gift a treasure.

“In every stitch a loving thought” is what is “sewn” into the doll and the child will perceive this warm loving energy imbued in the doll. A very special gift indeed…

                    DOLL MAKING WORKSHOP  !!!   ( Sunday July 19 th 2026]

                 Sunday July 19th 2026  from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm

Wintery days , fire blazing ,working with wool and cloth keeping your hands warm and creating a 30 cm tall doll for a loved little person in your life …….

During this workshop you will be creating a  sweet 30 cm tall doll that can be dressed.Her mohair hair  is brushed to which you can add some extra strands if you wanted pigtails . It will be your choice to make a boy or girl doll and when you enrol please specify the colour of the skintone  and hair you would like  ( beige or light brown skin and for the hair either  brown, ginger or blond )                  

When:  Sunday July 19 th                                                                                                            Costs: $ 125.00 ( including all materials used and coffee,tea provided                                       What to bring:  Please bring your sewing kit ( sharp scissors, tape measure, pins with head, sewing needles ( one with a larger “eye”)and dollmaking needles ( Available at Spotlight and bernina stores)                                                                                          Please bring your own lunch on Sunday ( Morning and afternoon tea provided) and lots of good cheer! )
